From simple to gourmet, all cakes are handcrafted from scratch in my kitchen, using the finest natural ingredients, including locally milled flour and fresh season fruit from local farmers. I exclusively use Swiss buttercream, a fluffy melt-in your mouth frosting made from creaming European butter with a meringue. The results are mouthwatering.
French Macarons
French macarons are delicate, yet finicky sandwich cookie made entirely of almond meal, egg whites and confectioner sugar. The possibilities for fillings are endless and can be made in a wide range of colors. It’s a PERFECT gluten free option!
Cupcakes
Is there anything more passé than a cupcake? Sure there is, but these delightful little cakes are available in a range of flavors and can be made even more wonderful with your choice of filling.
