Build Your Own Creation
All cakes and/or cupcakes are made using local European unsalted butter and local cage-free eggs, hormone-free diary products, chocolate imported from France and Belgium, house-made fillings and fresh fruit from local farmers. With so many frosting options available, I felt it was important to always lather each creation with only the best; Swiss meringue buttercream. Unlike other buttercreams, Swiss is made from only three ingredients; egg whites, granulated sugar, and European unsalted butter. From there it is whipped into a silky smooth frosting that is light, fluffy and slightly sweet. To ensure absolute freshness, all cakes, fillings, and frostings are made entirely from scratch the day before your event. I never use pre-made industrial cake fillings and/or frostings, box mixes, preservatives, imitation flavorings, or shortening. The cake I create for you will leave you dreaming about it for years.
Cake Flavors
Carrot Cake: Spicy and moist, making it a great choice for fall or rustic-themed weddings.

Coconut Cake: Moist and fluffy made with either coconut milk and unsweetened shredded coconut.
Funfetti Cake: Colorful and festive that's loved for its cheerful sprinkles mixed into the batter.
S'more Cake: Decadent and combines all the flavors of a classic s'more—chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows meringue.
Spice Cake: Spicy and tender that is infused with warm, aromatic spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
Vanilla Bean: A light and versatile flavor that pairs well with a variety of fillings and frostings.
