HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

To start the order process, I ask that you fill out an inquiry form, which can be found under the "Contact" page of this website. Once submitted, you will be receive a response within 48 hours to discuss further specifics of your order. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders, except for wedding cake contract orders, must be paid in full upon booking. All wedding contract orders must be paid according to the contract.  In addition, a completed and signed wedding contract is need to secure the date.

SIZING

No two people slice cake exactly the same.  Cakes are available in sizes between 4” - 12”.  Listed below are a serving approximation for my most popular cakes:

4”     Smash Cake

6”     14 servings

8”     24 servings

10”   38 servings

12”   54 servings

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

The sooner, the better! To ensure availability and avoid disappointment, I recommend ordering 6 months in advance of your event. However, we do always work hard to accommodate last minute orders, so even if you need something in just a couple days, fill out a contact form and I will try our very best to fit you in the schedule.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

My ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your cake.  In the event that you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 24 hours of your event. I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you and make things right.

Orders that are cancelled within 72 hours of pickup/delivery time will not be eligible for a refund.

DO I DELIVER?

Yes, though there might be a delivery charge of $15 to $200.

CAN I SEND YOU PICTURES OF A CAKE I WANT DUPLICATED?

YES! The more you can share with me, via Instagram or Pinterest pages, the better I will have in creating your dream cake.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CAKE?

My cakes are meant to be enjoyed at room temperature (around 70 degrees Fahrenheit). If your event is held during the warmer summer months, I strongly recommend that you store the cake in a cooler space until closer to service. I never recommended that your cake in direct sunlight.

ALLERGIES

I truly understand the seriousness of food allergies.  That being said, it is important to me that you know that I cannot 100% guarantee there will not be trace amounts of allergens in your cake. If you have Celiac Disease or are highly allergic to nuts, I recommend that you purchase your cake from an allergy free baker.
